Podcast #127: Kate Umble's OLD WOOD NEW SOUNDS and Skirtin' the Curtain

Kate Umble and OLD WOOD NEW SOUNDS

Kate UmbleKate Umble is not only a musician and teacher, she is also now a concert promoter and responsible for organizing a very interesting concert series called Old Wood New Sounds coming up this spring at Tellus360. The series runs on March 25, April 22, and May 19 and isn’t what you would typically find in Tellus’ comfortable pub atmosphere. Instead, classically trained musicians will be performing both classical and new music pieces (written by composers who are still alive).

Kate also performs with Spark Brass, a group of professional musicians and educators from across the United States who work with schools to share personal experiences about the profound positive impact of music in their lives.

  1. is truth about abs a scam

And its extremely true in terms of your daily diet for building flat abs.
So I recommend that you just start with walking and jogging at first, along with a few
simple ab workouts, including sit-ups. From there he
clearly explains why most neglect to reach the 6-pack ripped abs.

  2. quick weight loss tips and tricks

A great rule to follow for your level of water you will need daily is drinking half your system weight in ounces of water each day.
This is 1 of my favourite tips to slim down and if you stick to it,
you’ll be impressed by the results. We are really excited to find out these products we
are able to use, what type will continue to work fast,
and what has to be completed to execute and maintain it.
